Daniel J. Garbacz, age 48, passed away suddenly on June 25, 2023. Dan was the beloved husband of Ellen Wilson, son of Joseph & the late Jane Garbacz; dear brother of the late Bryan Garbacz; dear grandson of the late Joseph & Elizabeth Garbacz and Kenneth & Emma Bondhus; cherished nephew of Frank (Joan) Garbacz, Anita (James) Andrasco, Robert (Laura) Garbacz, Steve (Carolyn) Bondhus, the late John (the late Diane) Bondhus, and a cousin to many. Daniel was a St. Louis native, who graduated from Parkway West High School and the University of Missouri, Columbia. He was an investment broker at The Garbacz Group, Inc., and played an intricate role in the success of the company. Dan loved to ski, hike and golf. He had a great sense of humor, a dry wit and kind heart. Dan was a dear friend to so many and will be deeply missed by all who loved him.
Services: A memorial mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, July 14, 2023, at Incarnate Word Parish, 13416 Olive Blvd, Chesterfield, MO 63017.
