Daniel was so much more than a friend to me, he was family, my big little brother. We had so many great times together and leaned on each other through the bad. His hugs, his smile, his laugh could brighten any day.
I can't believe you're gone; it's like a bad dream I keep expecting to wake from. I miss you Daniel and love you so much, words could never express the depth. How I wish I could have had just one more day with you; one more big bear hug, one more laugh, one more song to sing with you...to see the light and joy shining in your eyes and hear your voice..."Hey sissy. How are ya? I love you" I'd never let go. There will forever be a part of my heart that's missing. Rest easy my love until I can hug you once more sing a song for me

Im so sorry for your loss. I met Daniel when I managed Freds On The Corner in Turkeyfoot. Beautiful memories of him there playing his guitar and singing. He will be truly missed.

I met this amazing young man at work, his nickname is Mr. Thursday, he came to our branch and deposited his check every Thursday. He took his nickname in stride and our joking with humor. It was a treat to see him, he was always upbeat and positive. I hate knowing a young man with his goodness is no longer walking around making people happier with just his smile alone. Will miss you Daniel, I know youre still looking out for your beloved Nana.

Daniel, I will miss you so much it hurts me deeply that your gone. Its like a dream I just want to wake up from and see you beside me. I enjoyed the time we had together and all the conversations we had and fun times. I will most defiantly miss you singing to me and us dancing I miss your hugs,your smile your eyes. But mostly out of everything I just said I will mostly miss you being there for me. everytime I was down and sad or hurtting and needing a friend you was always there by my side. To pick me up and make me happy thank you Daniel. It hurt me deeply to find out that your gone. I truly pray for the family and friends and Daniel's family I'm sorry for the loss.

My heart is hurting. I can still remember his sweet little face and smile. I cut his hair for years when he was a little boy. Betty would bring him to the salon. He would just climb up in the chair and tell me stories and we would just laugh. I still remember his big smile. I ran into him a couple of years ago in Bed Bath & Beyond and he asked me if I remembered him. I had to look up at him because he was so tall but I smiled real big and said of course I do little buddy. I said, gosh look at you, your so tall. We just laughed. He gave me a big hug and we stood in store talking for a while. He was such a sweet young man. My prayers are with the family during this difficult time.

Daniel was an extraordinary young man with so much life left to live. He always had a smile and a twinkle in his eye-he could never stay mad for long. I was so proud of his perseverance-never giving up until he had that diploma in his hand. Rest in peace, Daniel. You will be remembered.

My husband and I met Daniel about a year ago through his music, he was a very talented singer and musician. I could tell he was a kind soul, very sweet in nature. He will be missed but not forgotten. Prayers for all of his family.

Ive known this young man most of his life. I first met him when I worked at Yadkinville Elementary in the media center. He was in 2nd grade.
