Daniel Leo Johnson. Age 73 of Wyandotte.
Beloved husband of Donna Johnson. Dearest brother of Anne Remer. Dear brother in-law of James and Sharon Pashayan and Marianne McGaedy. Uncle of Don (Mollie) Pashayan and Kristine Pashayan. Also survived by great nieces Jenna, Julie, Hailey, Angela and Adrianna. Preceded in death by parents Dr. Verne and Mrs. Dolores Johnson.

Dan was a very loving, generous, compassionate humanitarian who will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor. He was married to Donna for 49 years. He was a wonderful husband, friend, and human being.
He was well-known in Wyandotte for his immense intellect and knowledge of civic affairs. He loved politics and served on the Building Board of Appeals for almost 34 years.
His storytelling, jokes, and gift of gab kept everyone who spoke to him amused. He was an exceptional baseball player in his youth and also excelled at and enjoyed playing golf.
Dan was multi-talented. His occupations included building and construction, sales, estimating, remodeling, and scaffolding projects, including the major Fox Theatre renovation in 1987 and the AT&T-CBS towers for the annual Grand Prix in Detroit.
His love and sense of caring for people and animals are beyond most people's perception. He and Donna rescued more cats and dogs than can be enumerated.
May Dan rest in peace. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Donna, his family, and his countless friends.
