Daniel Robert "Dan" Klix

Daniel "Dan" Robert Klix died at the age of 90. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 12, 1932 to parents, Gerhardt and Annie (Thomas) Klix.
Dan joined the United States Air Force on February 18, 1952, where he served for over 20 years. He served during the Korean and Vietnam War. Dan loved to talk about his days as a pilot. He continued his military service in the reserves for 20 years as well.
He met the love of his life, Maryetta (Burke) Klix, while working for the Federal Aviation Administration. In March of this year, they would have celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary.
Daniel was a Mason for over 50 years and a Shriner. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Gerhardt JR., Howard Klix, sister, Marianna Dunmire, and daughter, Danielle Klix.
Daniel is survived by his sons, Kristopher Klix and his wife Becky, Kevin Klix, and stepsons, Anthony Bisbano and his wife Debra, and Sean Bisbano and his wife Josette, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom he loved dearly.
A memorial gathering in his honor will be held at a later date.
