Daniel H. Kuepper, 82, passed away on August 26, 2024 after a courageous battle against small cell lung cancer. Dan was born on March 28, 1942 to Henry and Alma (Kilsdonk) Kuepper.
Dan grew up in Menasha and graduated from St. Mary’s High School in 1960. He married Barbara (Paveletzke) Kuepper in 1963. He worked for Kimberly-Clark for 35 years, retiring in 2002 after much travel and research for his job.
Dan enjoyed many years of traveling, camping, bicycling, walking and attending numerous sporting events of his kids and grandkids. He loved riding his Honda Helix and meeting friends for coffee at Mc Donald’s.
Daniel is survived by his wife of 61 years, Barb; daughters Becky (Lynn) Kuepper and Wendy Van Dyke; granddaughters Samantha and Kayla Van Dyke. He is further survived by his sister MaryAnn Geurts, sister-in-law Cele Kuepper, a special god-daughter Nicole Marshall Breitengross and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Jerry (Phyllis) Kuepper and Tom Kuepper and brother-in-law George Geurts.
A memorial service for Daniel will be held on September 5, 2024 at Wichmann Funeral Home Tri-County Chapel, 1592 Oneida St. in Menasha, with a visitation from 10:00am until time of service at 12:00 pm.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Oncology Department at St. Elizabeth Cancer Center and Compassus Hospice for their assistance in Dan’s final journey.
