Daniel Lemmer Obituary
Dan was born on March 21, 1975 in South Saint Paul to Joanne and Michael Lemmer. He lived a life guided by kindness, humor and a deep appreciation for God's creation. He was a graduate of Henry Sibley High School and proudly served in the United States Army. Throughout his life, Dan followed many paths, working in a variety of roles from Minnesota to Vermont, always learning, growing and helping where he could.
Dan found peace in the outdoors and felt closest to God while hiking ALL of Minnesota's State Parks, camping, kayaking and spending time out west on the family farm. He had a special love for animals and shared his compassionate heart by helping at a wildlife rehabilitation center. Those who knew him will remember his warm smile.
He is survived by his beloved daughter Britnee, who was his greatest blessing. He is also survived by his mother, Joanne Sylvester (Donald), his siblings Michael, Dave (Denise), Ron, Kirsten Munoz (Jose), Kara Sylvester (Pete) and many nieces and nephews.
Dan's life was a quiet testimony of service, love and compassion. Though he is no longer with us, we trust he is now at peace, resting in his heavenly Father's eternal care, and walking paths far more beautiful than any he explored here on earth.

I will never forget the day Dan was born. George and I were on a couples bowling league with Joanne and Mike. That night Joanne only bowled one game. She was very pregnant. She decided to just keep score the last two games. She never said anything about being in labor. When we were done bowling, they dropped us off at home and Mike took Joanne to the hospital. She had Dan shortly after getting to the hospital. George and I were proud to be his godparents! He was a special gift. Joanne, you and your family are in my prayers. Love & Hugs, Jan
