Daniel Robert Malay-Miller

Daniel Robert Malay-Miller, 49, of Hollywood, Maryland, passed away peacefully at home on September 14, 2025. Born on September 19, 1975, Daniel was the beloved child of Roger Miller and the late LaLonnie "Green" Miller.

On September 10, 2014, Danny married the love of his life, Glenn Malay-Miller. Their partnership was one filled with deep devotion, care, and advocacy for one another and their community.

Danny dedicated his life to activism, particularly in the areas of HIV awareness and mental health. His tireless work, along with his involvement in community organizations and causes such as Pride events and drag shows, reflected his compassion and determination to uplift others.

He is survived by his devoted spouse, Glenn Malay-Miller; his sister, Jessica Sue Lea Proud; and his nephews, Michael, Matthew, and Elias McFarland.

Danny was preceded in death by his mother, LaLonnie Miller, and his beloved brother, Michael Lee Miller.

Danny will be remembered for his unwavering advocacy, his joyful presence at community events, and the love he shared with his family and friends. His legacy of kindness and courage will continue to inspire those who knew him.

A memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate Danny's life and the many ways he touched the lives of others.
