Daniel was a 1994 graduate of Stoutland High School in Stoutland, Missouri. He was a Certified Nurse Aide for Springfield Rehab and Health Care Center in Springfield, Missouri. He enjoyed spending time with his children, gaming and was of the Catholic faith.
Daniel is survived by his father, Delmar McLinn of Brighton, Missouri; his mother, Geraldine McLinn, of Laquey, Missouri; two sons, Garyth McLinn, of Springfield, Missouri and Gavin McLinn of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; two sisters, Laura West and her husband, David, of Lakeway, Missouri and Tami Compton of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; one brother, Kenneth Smith of Mt. Vernon, Missouri and one stepdaughter, Kodi Robson of Fair Grove, Missouri.
No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon, Missouri.
