I learned that family was of the utmost importance to my Uncle Dan. That love should be unconditional and family should always come together in the end. Uncle Dan always made me laugh and was loved so very much by myself , as well as his great nieces and great nephew , his mother Maizie and sister Peggy who had passed away a while before him , but he always continued to share stories and reflections of their lives throughout the yrs. As will I for him as well. I wish there had been more time and a chance to say goodbye but I know he is looking down and that someday we will see each other again. Uncle Dan , I am sure you were met by your mother , father , and sister (my mom) Peggy with no doubt one of her big "lion hugs" . You will forever be missed and never forgotten.
