Daniel Charles Regenscheid

Daniel Charles Regenscheid, 49, of West 2nd St, formerly of St. Peter, Minn, passed away Monday, June 16, 2008 at home with his family at his side following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on April 9, 1959 to Francis ""Fritz'' and Magdalene (Ritz) Regenscheid in St. Peter, Minn and has been a Duluth resident for the past 18 months. He married Terri Rasmussen on July 25, 1981 in St. Peter. Dan worked for LeSueur Inc as an inspector, leaving in 2004 due to illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Dennis Derner and Auntie Joyce Attenberger. He is survived by his wife, Terri; a daughter, Amanda Regenscheid of Duluth; a son, Thomas (Jenna) Regenscheid of St. Peter, Minn; special little granddaughter, Kadence; two sisters, Kay Brown of Tulsa, Okla., and Susan Steinhaus of Cleveland, Minn; two brothers, Gordon (Renee) Regenscheid of Mankato, Minn., and Donald Regenscheid of Kasota, Minn; two brothers-in-law, Tim (Liz) Rasmussen of Blue Earth, Minn., and Herbie (Hiedi) Fischer of Fairfax, Minn.; several nieces and nephews. VISITATION:12 noon until the 1 p.m. funeral service Friday, June 20, 2008 in Williams-Lobermeier Funeral Home.
