Daniel William "Dan" Shea

Chuck and I just learned of Mr. Shea' s passing. I always called him Mr. Shea, I guess it was a respect thing. We will miss seeing him and Rosemary at mass and ball games. It was truly an honor to have known him. We send our condolences to the entire Shea family.

Rosemary, I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm coming into Cincy on August 10th and have been trying to call Dan. Please e-mail me. I would like to see you while I'm in town. I'll be there 3 weeks. In sorrow

Mr. Shea was a HOF human and it was my privilege and honor to have known him. He made the world a better place and we are all forever grateful.

We are so sorry for your loss. It is one that leaves a hole in your heart. But that hole will almost be filled with those happy and loving memories that you have, although a piece will always be gone. We share your sadness and hope that healing comes your way soon.

Will always think of Dan with fond memories of over 50 years of good times. He was known by my kids as Mitter Shea and The Candy Man. Dan was a very kind loving faithful person. He will be missed by loving family and all who knew him. Rest in peace our dear friend.

Wouldn´t it be a perfect world if everyone was like Danny Shea.

One beautiful man, he will truly be missed by all whoever had contact with him. If you needed a friend or words of wisdom, he would be there for you. I´ve never met a more round about person in my life. I will truly miss him.
