Daniel Shogren Obituary
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Shogren; mother, Beatrice (Breen) Shogren; father in-law, George Lindstrom; brother, Randy Shogren; and sister in-law, Cynthia (Lindstrom) Krzyzewski.
Dan is survived by his wife of 39 years, Karen (Lindstrom) Shogren; mother in-law, Gloria Lindstrom; brothers, John, Ted, David, and Patrick; children, Jonathan (Katya) Shogren, Jennifer (T.J.) Menn, and Robert (Rachel) Shogren; and 9 grandchildren.
Dan was a disciple of Christ, loving husband, devoted father, and caring friend that many affectionately knew as "Camper Dan." He loved Jesus deeply and this relationship shaped every aspect of his life. Dan enjoyed serving others; he frequently planned and prepared huge meals for family gatherings, consistently volunteered on the church's parking team, and traveled the world with his wife Karen as a coach for Adventures in Missions. Dan believed he had already started eternal life because of his faith in Jesus. He endeavored to love the Lord with all his heart, soul, and mind, while also loving his neighbor as himself.
A service was held on October 22nd at 12 Stone Church. Please consider making a donation in Dan's name to 12 Stone Church, or Adventures in Mission.

Dan was one of my clients when he worked for Alive Studios. I always enjoyed talking and laughing with him. He was a wonderful person and will be deeply missed.
