Daniel Lee Smith, age 60 of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026. Danny was born on June 4, 1965 in Toledo, Ohio.
He was a landscaper for the Hamlet of Perrysburg and many private residents. Dan was a wonderful friend to many people who grew up with him in the heights. He was a member of the Glass City Car Club and loved his Cadillacs. He also enjoyed taking care of his garden and loved to cook.
Danny is survived by his mother Mary C. Sanchez, his loving partner of 30 years Karen Schultz, brothers Eugene Smith, Tom Smith (Melissa), Connie (Sebreun), Maggie Smith, Nick Smith (Nicole). Also Surviving many nieces and nephews. Danny was preceded in his death by his father, Howard Smith, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Teodoro Oviedo (Ama and Apa), nephews Tomás Smith II, and Davey Smith II.
Friends and family will be received Wednesday, January 14, 2026 from 4-7 p.m. at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg, where funeral services will be held Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park.
