Daniel H Wright, a beloved son, brother, father, and grandfather, passed away on August 14, 2023, in Waukegan. He was born on July 12, 1974, in the vibrant city of Chicago.

Known for his kind and gentle nature, Daniel will be remembered as a sweet and generous soul who always went out of his way to make those around him feel loved and appreciated. His infectious laughter and easy-going personality made him a goofball in the best sense of the word.

One of Daniel's greatest passions was rap music. He found solace and inspiration in the rhythm and lyrics of his favorite artists. Whether he was bobbing his head to the beat or rapping along with fervor, Daniel's love for this genre brought him immense joy throughout his life.

But above all else, Daniel cherished spending time with his family. Nothing made him happier than creating lasting memories with his loved ones. Whether it was a family gathering, a day at the park with his sons or playing with his grandchildren, Daniel's heart was always fullest when surrounded by those he held dear.

Daniel is survived by his two sons Alaya and Elijah and two grandchildren. He also leaves behind a tight-knit circle of family and friends who will miss him dearly. His brothers Larry Wright, Roger Wright the late Vern Wright and sister Chiquita Marshall, mother Edna Wright and father the late Kenneth Jones along with a host of nieces and nephews will forever cherish the bond they shared with Daniel.
