Dann Slayden Cross, II, 87, passed away on September 6, 2025, in Hartwell, GA at his residence. Dann Cross was born on October 9, 1937 in Clarkesville, TN, to Dann Cross and Pearl (Hall)Cross.
Dan held a Master of Business Administration. He started his career as a Chemical Engineer and salesman and went on to work for Dupont. Dan served his country in the 101st Airborne regiment in the United States Army. Dan loved to hunt and fish, as well as spend his time outdoors
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Charlene Gail Cross.
Dann is survived by his son Dan Cross, III and his sister Catherine Todd.
There are no formal services scheduled at this time.
Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors &Crematory, 333 E. Johnson Street, Hartwell, GA.
