Danny Callaway

Danny Joe Callaway, lovingly known as Danny, was born on March 7, 1950, in Elwood, Indiana. He was a beacon of light who spread warmth and love throughout his seventy-five years. He was a reliable rock, a generous giver, and a compassionate soul, extending a helping hand to those in need. Danny was a devoted family man, cherishing his wife, Mary Callaway, whom he married on May 6, 1990, and his daughter, Cassandra (Cassie) Callaway. More than anything, Danny loved spending time with his beloved grandchildren

Danny worked tirelessly in the manufacturing industry, making significant contributions to the Industrial Die Electric in Noblesville, Indiana. He was known for his work ethic, dedication, and the precision he brought to his craft. Even after his retirement in 1996, Danny's influence continued to be felt; his legacy was carried forward by those who had the privilege of working alongside him. He was a man of integrity, who took immense pride in his work and inspired others to do the same.

Danny was predeceased by his parents, John and Mary Callaway; brother, John Lee Callaway; niece, Michelle Callaway; and nephew, James D. Callaway. His spirit lives on in his beloved wife, Mary; his daughter, Cassie; grandchildren, Isaiah , Kadan, Cholet, Allie, Myles, Waylon, Amber (Matt) Doud, and Daniel; great-grandchildren, Shane and Gwen Galley; his sister, Carol Callaway-Hunter; his nieces, Angie (Heath) Reynolds, Carolyn (Chris) Callaway-Neloms, and Amber Joe Callaway; and his nephews, Jason Callaway and Greg Callaway. His memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew him.

Danny's life will be celebrated with a visitation on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST at the Dunnichay Funeral Home, located at 1113 South Anderson Street, Elwood, Indiana. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM EST at the same venue.
