Danny Higgenbottom Obituary
Danny was born August 23, 1946, in Aiken, South Carolina, to O.W. and Minnie (Huff) Higgenbottom. The love he had for his country and that to the U.S. Navy had him faithfully serving four years. He married Janie Martinez of Beeville. Danny was employed and retired from NAS Chase Field, Beeville, and TDCJ, John B. Connally Unit in Kenedy. He enjoyed retirement life with his loving family grilling delicious barbecue, fishing, hunting, his pets and his peaceful home and property.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents.
Those who are left to celebrate his loving memory are his children, Danny O. (Penny) Higgenbottom Jr., Dana (John) Rodriguez and Deanna (Art) Ramirez, all of San Antonio; and his grandchildren, Samuel, Maricela and JoJo.
A private service will be held at a later date.
