Danny Kalb

I grew up with Danny in Mount Vernon, NY, and at Camp Willoway in Bear Mountain, NY. Danny, a year older, was a revered figure to his fellow campers. He was intelligent, articulate, kind, thoughtful, a very talented but self-effacing athlete. And strikingly (but modestly) handsome. I remember Danny always for his many kindnesses, at Camp and thereafter. (Danny even let me sit in for a few numbers--playing trumpet--his senior year of high school.) Rest in peace, Dear Danny
