Danny Orsak
Danny Orsak, 67, of Wharton passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at a Rosenberg hospital. He was born on May 10, 1958, in East Bernard, Texas to the late Calvin and Loraine Klimple Orsak.
Danny was raised in Wharton and attended Wharton Schools. He married Tammy Marlow on August 11, 1979, in Wharton. Danny was self-employed as a mechanic, known as the lawn mower man of Wharton. He enjoyed the outdoors, often hunting, fishing and camping with family and friends. He loved being around his grandchildren, earning the nickname, Baboo. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Jane Arnold and Caroline Orsak.
Danny is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Tammy Orsak of Wharton, son, Harley Marlow of Wharton, daughter Melissa Orsak of Odessa, sisters, Wilma Russell and husband, Gary of Rosenberg and Diana Thrash and husband, Terry of Louisiana, grandchildren, Mandi Peach, Abigail Martinez, Tony Morales, Zeta Smith, Trista Thomas and Hector Moreno, along with 8 great grandchildren.
Family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Funeral services are under the direct supervision of Wharton Funeral Home. Condolences may be left at whartonfuneralhome.com
