Danny Eugene Wishard

Daniel "Danny" E. Wishard, 64, a 30-plus year resident of Annapolis, MD and previously of Landover Hills, MD passed away on March 23, 2025 due to complications of surgery. Born on November 23, 1960 in Cheverly, MD to the late Norman Eugene Wishard and Lillian Lee Wishard, he graduated high school from Bladensburg Senior High School before entering the workforce. He most recently worked for Washington Gasoline Co. as a corrosion protectant and leak inspector. Danny was interested in cars, trucks, and motorcycles, especially Harleys. He was known by many as the "Mayor of Sydney Terrace", and could strike up a conversation with anyone. In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his brother, Robert E. Wishard. He is survived by his brothers, Lee Wishard of Sebring, FL and Bernard Wishard of Vienna, Austria. Friends are invited to celebrate Danny's life at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Monday, April 7 from 10 am until his funeral service begins at 11 am.
