Darin Strackbein Obituary
Darin Kent Strackbein, born October 14, 1965 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on December 1, 2024 in Carmel , Indiana. Darin was raised in Lowden, Iowa. He was a retired air traffic control manager and was exceptional at his job.
Darin's life was filled with moments of joy and deep love for his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kimberly Nichole Strackbein; his sister, Dawn Lincoln; his three children, son, David (Jennifer) Strackbein and their 2 daughters, Naya and Jade; daughters Morgan Strackbein and Jessica Strackbein; and his mother, Janice Strackbein. His father Kent Strackbein, passed away October 2019. Together they will continue to carry his memory in their hearts.
A visitation to honor Darin's life will take place on Monday, December 16, 2024 from 1:00PM to 3:00PM, followed by a memorial service at 3:00PM, all being held at Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary at 11411 North Michigan Road, Zionsville, IN 46077.
As family and friends come together to remember Darin, they will reflect on a life well-lived, full of love, commitment, and an unwavering spirit. His legacy will undoubtedly endure in the many lives touched throughout his journey.
