CRISTONI, Darlene Lucille
(Fortner)
Darlene Lucille Cristoni, age 82, passed away peacefully on Thursday August 15, 2013. She was born on January 6, 1931 in Leavenworth, Washington, to Clyde R. and Lucille I. Fortner. She is survived by her daughter; Irene and her husband, Steven Olwell; son, Russell Cristoni; granddaughter, Cristynn Rudkin; Aunt Helen Ward, Godson, Alan C. Ward and family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas G. Cristoni and her parents, Clyde Fortner and Lucille Moore (Fortner). She was a supervisor for Blue Diamond (California) Almond Growers for 34 years. Darlene enjoyed dancing with her loving husband and traveling. Darlene touched many lives and will be truly missed by all who were honored to know her and who loved her. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at Harry A. Nauman & Son Funeral Home, 4041 Freeport Blvd, Sacramento, California at 4:00 p.m. and Rosary to follow at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be Thursday, August 29, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at Harry A. Nauman & Son Funeral Home followed by Graveside Services at St. Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Darlene's name may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Society.
