Darlyne Rae "Nanny" Glinski

Darlyne Rae Glinski of Edgewater, known as "Nanny" by her family, passed away on September 15th, 2025. She was 89. She was born on January 15th, 1936 in Grand Forks, North Dakota to the late Walter and Ruby Jackson. Growing up in the Grand Forks area, Darlyne graduated from Grand Forks Central High School. She went on to become a Pharmacy Technician and worked for both Deaconess/United Hospital in Grand Forks, ND and then Olson Drug in Grand Forks, MN. Later on, she retired from Pharmacy and enjoyed her job as a cashier at the McDonalds in East Grand Forks, MN. Things that Darlyne enjoyed were crossword puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Darlyne is survived by her daughter Victoria Bolbecker of Edgewater, MD, grandchildren Roger Bolbecker of Cape St. Claire, MD, Kathryn Dewey of Jacksonville, FL, and Patricia Bolbecker of Shady Side, MD, sister Beverly Shuler of Grand Forks, ND, and five great grandchildren. All services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Annapolis SPCA in Darlyne's honor.
