Darrell Leo Bradshaw was born November 12, 1973 in Temple, Texas to Donald Ray and Sharon Mooney Bradshaw. He passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025 in Lebanon, Missouri at the age of fifty-one years, eight months and five days.
Darrell was raised in a military household and lived in several different places. His favorite places to live were Germany and Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. After his dad retired from the military, the family came to Lebanon and Darrell graduated from Lebanon High School. He entered the workforce at Tracker Marine and then was employed at Copeland for thirty years. While he was working, he earned his Bachelor's degree. Darrell enjoyed his time at Copeland and made many friends there that were like family to him.
On February 22, 1996. he was united in marriage to Laura Helleseth and they shared twenty-nine years of marriage. Together they built a life filled with love, laughter and cherished memories.
He is preceded in death by his father, Donald Bradshaw, and his grandparents.
Darrell is survived by his wife, Laura Bradshaw of the home; two daughters, Kaylyn Bradshaw and her partner Tara Pedian, and Layla Bradshaw, both of Balch Springs, Texas; his son, Darrell Bradshaw, II of Marshfield, Missouri; his mother, Sharon Rogers of Lebanon, Missouri; a brother, Jamie Bradshaw and his wife Laura of Red Field, New York; a sister, Tina Lewis and husband Josh of Platte City, Missouri; his brother-in-law, Thomas Helleseth, II of Lebanon, Missouri; his nieces and nephews; and a number of aunts, uncles, other family members, and many friends.
Darrell was baptized as a young man and loved the Lord. He made friends wherever he went and was good to stay in touch with family and friends. He had a special bond with his aunt and uncle, Linda and Harold Bradshaw.
Darrell enjoyed watching movies, loved playing cards and participating in other family games. Darrell was a good, honorable man who loved and trusted God and always tried to do the right thing. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Visitation for Darrell will be Monday, July 21, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. at Holman-Howe Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Bradshaw Cemetery. A memorial to Bradshaw Cemetery has been established and donations may be left at the funeral home.
