It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Darrell Anthony Davis, a beloved individual born on September 5, 1959, in Mobile, Alabama. Darrell departed this life on March 25, 2026, in Dallas, Texas, leaving behind memories cherished by all who knew him.

Darrell’s journey spanned over six decades, during which he touched many lives with kindness and strength. His roots, beginning in Mobile, Alabama, blossomed into a life marked by dedication and warmth. 

Family, friends, and community members are invited to honor Darrell’s memory during the visitation held on April 3, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Freeway in Dallas, Texas. This time will offer a chance for all to gather in reflection and remembrance.

Following the visitation, the funeral service will take place in the same venue on April 4, 2026, starting at 3:00 PM. These moments provide a solemn opportunity to pay respects and celebrate the life of a man whose presence will be deeply missed.

Darrell Anthony Davis leaves behind a silence that echoes the fullness of his life.  His legacy, defined by his origins in Alabama and his final days in Texas, remains a testament to a life lived with dignity.
