He is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Laura (Hubbard) Freeman; three sisters and three brothers.
Conly is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Strouth of Wise, VA; grandchildren, Chance Strouth, Destiny Strouth, Colton Strouth, Landyn Strouth, Briar Brown, Jake Freeman, Cody Freeman and Alexis Freeman; a special nephew, who was like a brother, Ricky Gilliam and numerous other nieces and nephews.
Final arrangements are incomplete.
Gilliam Funeral Home and Crematory is honored to serve the Freeman family.
