Darrell E Judkins, 61, of DeKalb, Ill., died Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Bethany Healthcare & Rehab. Born May 20, 1960, to Donald Judkins and Joy Daigle in Belvidere, Darrell was married to Janice White for 20 years and later remarried Teresa Flores. Darrell was a member of Illinois Bowling Association, enjoyed watching Nascar and the Cubs, and playing golf. Darrell was stubborn, but compassionate and always willing to help others.
Survivors include his mother, Joy Daigle; children, Melissa Read (Dustin) of Sycamore and Jennifer Bucknell (Todd) of Monroeville, Alabama, grandchildren; Colton and Claudia Read, Celeste and Mary Pederson; brother Robbin (Shirley); nephew and niece, Donald and Amanda.
He was predeceased by his father, Donald Judkins; step-mother, Eller Judkins; and step-father, John Daigle.
The family would like to give special thanks to Darrell's best friend, Steve Carlson and family friend, Jessica Hanson.
Arrangements by Olson Funeral and Cremation Services, Quiram Sycamore Chapel, Sycamore. Per the request of the family, no services will be held. Memorials can be made to the family.
