Patricia Ada Alisea

Patricia Ada Alisea, 85, of Westminster, MD, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD. Born on October 2, 1939, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late John William Topper and Mildred McAllister Topper. She was the beloved wife of the late Louis Howard Alisea, who passed away in 2016.
Patricia was a regular fixture at the North Carroll Senior Center, where she played bingo several days per week. She also loved playing casino slots, cards and other games with both her family and her close friends at the community of Brightview Senior Living in Westminster, MD.
Surviving her are sons: Mike Alisea and wife Bethany of Alva, Florida, Sean Alisea and wife Shannon of Stewartstown, PA, Tim Alisea and wife Mandi of Hampstead, MD, grandchildren: Katelin, Matthew, Lily, and great-grandson: Wyatt.
The family will receive visitors on Thursday, July 17, from 8:30 am to 10:00 am at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD.
A Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, July 17, at 11:00 am at St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church, 2930 Hanover Pike, Manchester, MD.
Interment to follow in St. Jacobs Stone Church Cemetery, Glenville, PA.
