Darvale Thomas Obituary
Darvale Lamar Thomas was born September 28, 1988, in Kankakee, IL to Gwendolyn Thomas. He was a very smart man who wanted to explore life. He loved to travel when he had the opportunity. He was a cook and construction worker.
Darvale will be remembered for his vibrant personality and his beautiful smile. He loved to tell jokes. And most of all, he loved his mom, sister and son. His hobbies included cooking, taking his son to the park, basketball and playing pool.
Darvale Lamar Thomas departed this life on March 17, 2025. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Gwendolyn Thomas of Columbus, OH; one (1) son, Giovanni Thomas of Columbus, OH; one (1) sister, LaShika "Shay" Thomas of Columbus, OH; grandma, Dorothy Thomas; uncle, George Thomas; aunties, Sherree McNeary and Lisa Thomas; nephews, Kaden Latham and Kameron Thomas; cousins, Chaunice Thomas, Jamel Thomas, Calvin Miller, Tanisha Thomas, David Thomas, Marie Jones, Coty Jones, and Alex Jones all of Columbus, OH; aunt, Tara Thomas; uncle, Oliver McNeary; and a host of other relatives and friends.
