Hey bro, getting around that same time...been almost 2 years...wow...really hard to believe it. Think about you every day...miss your jokes and your funny faces. I know your with Jesus in paradise but still wish you were here. Guess I'm selfish like that. Took some new flowers out to your grave and they really look good...come see me in my dreams. I am so very grieved to hear of David's passing to Christ, though having known David years ago, he somehow is smiling down on us in glory.
I met David years ago, spent many days talking theology and our love for all things the Dallas Cowboys!!
David had a great sense of humor and zest for life, I will see you on the other side my brother and namesake!!

I will miss David so much he was a good person and could always make me laugh. Rodney and I have had some great times with him and we are glad we have some many memories with him. He will always have a special place in our heart. It won't be the same without David at our Dallas football gatherings. I know you are in a better place. To Barbara, Junior, and Apple family, my heart breaks for your loss. While I had the honor of seeing David only a few times, his uncle, Alfred Lee Apple, was my brother-in-law. I did not have the good fortune of knowing David but I do know Danny.
He was good friends with my cousin, Linwood Gray who passed away
at the age of 40. And I was a neighbor of Darren's when he lived in
