As a niece of David's, I can state that he was an uncle to remember. He was kind, generous, loving and funnier than heck. Upon one occassion I recall teasing the cows and running from them. Uncle David was right in the mix when a bull head-butted him up in the air and over the fence. He jumped up right away, dusted himself off and stated, "Well, I didn't expect that...." He was a joy and loved his family. I'll see you again Uncle David and we can reminisce.
