My deepest condolences. I just learned of David's death on Facebook today, where his birth date continues to be sent to his Facebook friends. I had the honor and privilege of meeting him and working together with David for many years on the NYS DOH Childhood Lead Poison Prevention Committee and quickly came to respect and admire him for his dedication to the betterment of children's health and for his kindness, sincerity and goodness as a person.
May his memory be as a blessing always
