I remember when we were kids Dave's family came up for a visit. When they got there my brother and i were getting ready to go to the pond and fish. Naturally we wanted David to go with us for a great day of fishing. What could go wrong? Well his mom didn't want him to go because he had worn his brand new shoes but we finally talked her into it. It was a close one! So we headed for the woods and the first thing Dave did was to step into a pool of mud up above his socks. lol After Dave calmed down as best he could and my brother and I stopped laughing because (for once hadn't happened to us) we decided to go ahead and fish. Even at 9 or 10 years old he knew fishing was better than getting yelled at. lol
