David Brown

PLYMOUTH ---- David Clyde Brown, 72, of Prince Haven Road, passed away at his home on Thursday, June 19, 2025.
David was born on July 25, 1952, in Rumford, ME, the son of Robert and Ann (Colby) Brown.
He enjoyed helping others with their carpentry projects and tinkering. He loved being outside, swimming, camping and soaking in the sights and sounds of nature. He was an avid New England sports fan almost never missing a Patriots or Celtics game.
David is survived by his beloved wife Charlene (Downing) Brown, sons Dax McAfee and his wife Candy of Campton and Derek Brown and his wife Rebecca of Goffstown, daughter Jennifer Ann Brown of Plymouth, daughter-in-law Heather McAfee, eight grandchildren, Kyra McAfee, Krysten McAfee, Caitlin Roth, Hailey McAfee-Scimone, Benjamin Sousa, Olivia Sousa, Lillian Brown and Ethan Brown, three great-grandchildren, Isabella McAfee, Owen Roth, Beau Roth and the fourth great-grand on the way, Baby Scimone, brothers William Brown of Bethlehem and James Brown and his wife Lorrie of St. Johnsbury, VT, brother-in-law Peter Downing and his wife Denise, sisters Margaret Gallant of Carrabassett, ME and Elizabeth Wilkins of Readfield, ME, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, David is predeceased by his sons Robert McAfee and David B. Brown and sister-in-law Claudia Brown.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 6, 2025, from 2:00pm-4:30pm, at The Elks Lodge, 1159 NH 175 Holderness, NH 03245.
