David passed away, with family by his side, on December 25, 2025, at the age of 67, of Cherry Hill, NJ

Beloved husband of Nancy M. Brown (nee Cornog). Loving father of David A. Brown, Jr. (Celina) of Cherry Hill, NJ, Rebecca Pierson (Andrew) of Cherry Hill, NJ, Nancy Marie Scott (Derek) of Somerdale, NJ and Jonathan Brown (Claire) of Malaga, NJ. Proud PopPop of Lucy, Emma, & Nolan. Dear brother of Laura Brown (James) of Mantua, NJ, CDR Joseph Pezzato (Jack) of Belgium. Dear Brother-In-Laws of Rick Cornog (Tina) of Sicklerville, NJ, Ken Cornog (Martha) of Greenwich, NY, David Cornog of Waterford TWP, NJ, and Michael Cornog of Mt. Laurel, NJ. Also survived by nieces, nephews, & friends. 

David is predeceased by his mother Florence Pezzato (nee Brown), step father Joseph Pezzato, and brother George Brown. David is also predeceased by his father-in-law Richard Cornog, his mother-in-law, Rita Cornog (nee Franchetti), and brother-in-law Mark Cornog. 

David enjoyed life and was active in many clubs and organizations. David worked at Peak Technologies for 44 years where he met some lifelong friends. He was a member of Oakenshield Drum and Bugle Corp, Archer-Epler Musketeers Sr. Drum and Bugle Corp, and Blue Max Color Guard where he met his wife, Nancy. 

He was an avid golfer and played in a few leagues. Dave loved spending time on his boat and bass fishing in many New Jersey lakes. He enjoyed skiing and Aikido Martial Arts. He and Nancy loved taking long drives and spending time in Cape May and watching the DCI championships. Most of all, Dave loved his wife, children, being a PopPop, and his cat, Chika. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation on Saturday, January 3rd from 10 to 11:30 AM at JACKSON FUNERAL HOME, 308 Haddon Avenue, Haddon Township, NJ, where his Memorial Service will follow at 11:30 AM. Interment will be private. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Samaritan Hospice at Samaritan’s Gift Processing Ctr, PO Box 71425, Philadelphia, PA 19176-1425 or T2T, Tunnel to Towers, 2361 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10306.
