David Alan Browning, 47, passed away on June 10, 2025, in Athens, GA. David is survived by his wife, Crystal, and their sons, Daigan, Tanner, and Landen. He also leaves behind his mother, Harriette Browning; his sister, Terri Hughes; his niece, Madison Hughes; and his great-nephew, Brooks Ford. Beyond his immediate family, he was loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
David was preceded in death by his father, Sonny Browning, and his grandparents, Preston and Jane Moon, and Horace and Lillie Browning.
A man of many passions, David found peace in the woods, joy on the water, and love around the table. An avid hunter, devoted fisherman, and excellent cook, David shared his passions generously, creating lasting memories with friends and family.
Services to honor David's life will be held at Lord and Stephens, West on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 3:00 PM.
Lord and Stephens Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
