David was also active in the Epsilon Chapter of Sigma Alpha Rho Fraternity. As everything else, David put a lot of time and effort into the activities of the fraternity. I recall he had an actual slot machine in his house (not sure if he made any money on it). David was at the recent 100 year anniversary of the Epsilon chapter at the JCC and was proud to show us around and his accomplishments.

David you gave me my first putter and led me to a life long love of golf. I treasure our time together on the basketball court and our friendship. You will me missed!

I met David in 1969 at the "old" JCCC.
He was a true force of nature.
It's been almost two years since we had breakfast together but it seemed like it had been yesterday.

David made everything and everyone he touched a better person. I'm so glad he met me.

Jeff and I are so fortunate to have reconnected with you and David over the last 10 years. He is an inspiration to us all- his passion and optimism for living a life taught us how to live with purpose, creativity and empathy. He will be missed but always remembered- not just for all of the legacies and impact on his world that he left behind but for who he was. And, happy to say we have many of his beautiful works of art!
