DAVID CAMPBELL Obituary

David R. Campbell, 80, of Wellsboro, passed away Thursday July 17, 2025, at UPMC Williamsport. He was born June 9, 1945, in Towanda to Glenn B. and Ann B. (Chamberlain) Campbell. He worked for the borough of Wellsboro for 41 years and retired in 2009 and was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Wellsboro. David was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, kayaking, camping, gardening and carpentry. He was a past member of the Wellsboro Moose and is a member of the Rock Run Hunting Club.
David is survived by his wife: Linda Campbell of Wellsboro; a daughter: Renee Campbell of Sabinsville; his father: Glenn Campbell of Wellsboro; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three sisters: Carol Rice of Mainesburg, Connie Henderson of Florida, and Shirley Ann Clark of Elmira, N.Y. and a stepdaughter: Dawn Huck (Richard) of Little Marsh. He was preceded in death by his mother: Ann Campbell, a daughter: Melissa Campbell, and a stepson: Michael Crooks.
Friends and family are invited to pay tribute to David life at a memorial service at 1 p.m. Sunday, July 27, in St. Paul's Episcopal Church. His arrangements have been entrusted to the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home 139 Main Street Wellsboro, PA 16901.
