I remember being a rookie in 7th grade at South Fayette and becoming a member of the "Little Green Machine". David played clarinet and was always close to me, as a flute player. He was so engaging, funny,
accepting of a young 7th grader. When learning new dances he joked so the time flew by. Paul Klemash and Nancy Sowinski were always laughing as we learned. I will never forget his kindness and lust for life. His sister Marilyn was in my class, graduating 1975. My heart goes out to her children and her family as she accepts that her brother will have everlasting life in Heaven.

Stunned to hear of Dave's passing. One of the kindest and most caring people I have ever known. Was always there to support and encourage me as a newcomer in this community. Really hard to find the words that express how deeply I feel his loss. Thinking of you Curtis.
