I'm so sad to learn of David's passing. I am just discovering this now May 26, 2025. David was one of favorite people and a true friend. We were roommates in the late 80's while working together at Dino's Pizza on the Cumberland Avenue Strip in Knoxville, TN. I moved to Memphis in 1989 and we stayed in touch, but over time gradually, we lost touch. I looked for him several times and didn't have any luck. In 2018 at my mother's funeral, David appeared. It was so wonderful to see him and we got to visit briefly. We exchanged numbers and communicated a few times until the number I had for him became no longer working. Today I was going through some boxes and found some old photos and decided to search for him online and learned of his passing. It's truly sad and I will always think fondly of him. We had a lot of fun times way back when. I pray that David is at peace and that his family and friends have found comfort. Goodbye my old friend, Love Eric
