David Cliver, 64, of Beloit, WI, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at Beloit Memorial Hospital.
He was born on June 30, 1959 in Marshfield, WI, the son of William and Mary (Binder) Cliver. David attended Marshfield High School.
David was a dedicated truck driver for over 45 years, his favorite being a Kenworth W900 with a studio sleeper. He was a Union Steward for UPS and TForce for over 19 years. David had a great love for Dobermanns and Black Labs. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. David was a social butterfly; he didn't go to many places without someone knowing him. David's family was always his biggest priority and put first. He will be deeply missed by all that were lucky enough to know him.
Survivors include his long-time companion and partner in crime, Wanda Taylor; children, Christy Schumitsch, Jessica Szopinski, Jeremy (Tera) Cliver, Dann (Abby Zimney) Cliver, Kyle (Destiny Hambrock) Cliver, Emmalee Cliver, and Conner Cliver; bonus children, Jessie Webb, Nick Taylor, and Judi Taylor; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Yogi, Terry, Bruce, Ellen, Patty, Kay, Susie, and Debbie; his beloved Dobermann, Bronson.
