It is with a heavy heart that I send my condolences to a good friend's family on the notice of his passing. Dave was my friend, fellow martial artist and Yudansha. Dave was one of the early students of IBR and was a hardcore, strong Martial Artist who studied, Karatedo, Aikido and Iai while being Uchideshi to Fritchie Sensei in Florida. Dave was one of the boys. He went to work at the Martin County Sheriffs office, became part of out Instructor base at the Stuart Martial Arts Center and was one of the students who began in Sensei's garage so many years ago. Dave became a devoted husband to Janice , father of two boys and grandfather. Dave will be missed, but never gone. He will still be here with us because we can laugh at some of the good times we had, sharing meals, training til we fell to the floor, and always knowing we are always there for him. Dave may not be here today, but will live on in our memories. Rest now brother, you have earned your time in heaven.
