David "Dave" Elliot Perry, age 84, of Biloxi, passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
Visitation will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Heritage United Methodist Church, with funeral service at 11:30 AM. There will be a short reception at the church following the service. Interment will be at 1:30 PM at Biloxi National Cemetery.
