David Isaac Davidson, 100, beloved husband of the late Yetta and the late Jean; loving father of Sandy (Steve) Mabus, Annette (Yoshio) Yokozawa and the late Arlene Anderson; adored grandpa of Jake Mabus, Jennifer Mabus, Lisa Anderson, Mark Anderson, Gerald Anderson and Robert Anderson; devoted son of the late Marie and Manea; dear brother of the late Maury, Eli, Manny, Hannah and Til; caring stepfather of Jill Nathan, Michael Nathan, Judith DeCosmo, Peter Nathan and their children and grandchildren; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many.

David was a proud United States Army veteran who served honorably during World War II. An accomplished artist, his work was showcased in numerous galleries, reflecting both his talent and his deep love for creative expression. For more than forty years, he devoted himself to teaching art, inspiring generations of students with his passion, patience, and unwavering dedication.

David cherished all forms of art and music, and his intellectual curiosity and lifelong pursuit of knowledge defined him as both a scholar and a gentleman. Above all, he was an extraordinary father and a devoted family man whose love, guidance, and steady presence shaped the lives of those closest to him.

He will be deeply and dearly missed, but his legacy of creativity, wisdom, and love will live on in all who knew him.
