David Clyde Downard

I met David when me and a few friends were doing photo shoots in Nashville. He was very respectful, kind, hospitable, hilarious...and boy did he love betting and talking about those horses! He always made me smile.

Most importantly, he didn't put me down or judge me for who I was and what I did. If I needed anything, he was there for me. He was one of a kind.
He will be truly missed.

I was just looking up David's contact as I need his help again. The news of his death took my breath away. He was kind and true to his word. I'm so very sorry. My prayers of peace for his family and many friends. I have a first hand experience with the recent loss of my husband. I hurt deeply for You and all who will miss him daily. You have reason to be proud of him.

David a very close friend of mine we work together in Jack Butler's office and I also work for David for two years and that I got cancer and was sick in the hospital he came to see me almost every day he paid me a paycheck every week until he got my social security through which didn't take but about four weeks he was awesome man one of my best friends and I miss him so much rest in peace David

Lonna, My sincerest condolences on the loss of David for you and your family. Though I only knew you two shortly, you both have made an impact on my life.

When I was librarian at Nashville School of Law, David worked in the law library. He became my friend. I am so sorry to hear of this loss. David overcame so very much to gain his education and his success.

I am very sorry to hear of David's passing. I was a very close friend of the family and know they would have been very proud of his success and accomplishments. This is an imponderable loss for all who knew and knew of David. For those who knew David but were unaware, he was named for his fine grandfather, Clyde Downard, of the Bracken and Pendleton County area in Northern Kentucky, and his Uncle David Downard, who gave his life in Vietnam, defending this country.

David was a close friend of mine growing up in the small town of Falmouth Kentucky.
We had alot of fun times doing things we probably shouldnt have been doing, but somehow we survived it all and would share those memories from time to time.

Prayers for all in the Family. David was a good egg and a worthy litigator. I referred him several cases over the years and the clients were very satisfied. The Bar lost a fine Attorney. May his memory be eternal.
