He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving and devoted wife of 51 years, Mary Storey-Dunlap; children, Freddie B. Storey (Justine), Joseph Wiggins (Iris), Minister Ervin L. Wiggins (Judith), Brenda D. Wiggins and David Rochez-Dunlap Jr.; grandchildren, Shawn Wiggins, Brandi N.
