David Carl Eisnaugle, age 92, of Anderson, SC, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home.
Born June 22, 1930, in Denville, NJ, he was the son of the late Harry Carl Eisnaugle and Elvaretta Sofield Eisnaugle. He was married to Joan Laird Eisnaugle until her death in 2013. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Max D. Eisnaugle and Harry Carl Eisnaugle.
David was a veteran of the United States Navy and also served in the National Guard. He was formerly employed with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He enjoyed fly fishing, baseball, softball, camping, and jigsaw puzzles. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his son, Glenn A. Eisnaugle of Anderson, SC; daughters, Donna S. Palmer (Peter) and Wendy Eisnaugle both of Anderson, SC; grandchildren, Christopher Ryan Palmer and Jennifer Lynn Connor (Jerome); and great grandchild, Madison Pearl Connor.
No services are planned.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 156 Milestone Way, Suite A, Greenville, SC 29615 or the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
