David Gerald Farnsworth, II, 60, of Folkston, GA passed away at his home on July 15, 2025. He was born in Port Huron, MI, on January 15, 1965 to the late David Gerald Farnsworth, Sr. and Sharon Lucille Dalziel Farnsworth.
He is survived by his children: David Gerald Farnsworth, III, and Andrea Farnsworth; and his siblings: Shelly Kern, Joe Farnsworth, Jennifer Kern, and Cathy Farnsworth; and 5 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
