David Dean Fearance, a beloved pillar of his family and an extraordinary figure in his community, passed away on November 17, 2025, in Sunnyvale, Texas. Born on February 28, 1962, in Kemp, Texas, he lived a life full of laughter, love, and devotion that resonated deeply within all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
A proud graduate of W.H. Adamson High School, Class of 1980, David channeled his passion and zeal into his career as a Lead Supervisor at Borden Milk Company. His professional journey was marked not just by his dedication, but also by the warmth he brought to the workplace. Known for his funny, outgoing personality, David was a people person who engaged everyone he met with directness and sincerity—a trait that earned him respect and affection in equal measure.
David was a true family man, known fondly as "Superman" to his adoring children. His love for his family was boundless, encapsulating every moment of his life. He took immense pride in the accomplishments of his daughter, Tiffany, cherishing the times spent with her and his beloved grandchildren. In their laughter and joy, he found his proudest accomplishments, always ensuring they were well taken care of—an everlasting hallmark of his role as a great father and husband.
An ardent supporter of the Dallas Cowboys, he would bask in the camaraderie of game days, indulging in watching Westerns and sharing meals that he lovingly prepared. Cooking, especially his famous dressing, brought him immense satisfaction, as it served as another opportunity to gather his family around the table—a ritual steeped in love and connection.
As friends and family remember David, they will do so not only for his resilient spirit and great sense of humor, but also for his unwavering support and kindness. A non-judgmental nature, accompanied by a rare authenticity, made him a cherished confidant and an inspiration to many. His legacy will undoubtedly live on in the hearts of those he touched.
The journey to honor David will begin at the Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, where loved ones can gather for a viewing on November 28, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This will be followed by a Mass at the same location on November 29, starting at 3:00 PM and concluding at 4:00 PM.
