David J. Fifik

David J. Fifik, age 75 of Walton Hills passed away Thursday, January 15, 2026. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Stephan and Joyce (May) Fifik. He is also preceded in death by his beloved wife Janice E. (Kay) Fifik. David is survived by his loving children, Michael (Heather Knapp-Fifik) of Streetsboro and Alison Fifik of Maple Heights; his cherished grandchildren, Hannah and Evan Fifik, siblings, Steve (Carol) Fifik, Sue Kuzda and Gary (Carol) Fifik; and loving companion Sue Bucell.

David was a Postal Carrier for 35 years, 30 of those years on the same route in Chagrin Falls. He was a Master Mason, former Cub Master and Scout Master of Troop 99 in Maple Heights and manager in Maple Heights Boys League Baseball.

The family will receive friends 4-7 PM Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at Busch-Romito Funeral Home, 521 Broadway Avenue, Bedford, Ohio (440) 232-1441 where funeral services will begin at 11AM Thursday, January 22, 2026. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Bedford Heights.
